About Me

I grew up in a small town in southern West Virginia. It was just me and my mom growing up which was hard at times, but it helped shape me into who I am today. As a kid I liked to keep busy, so I've played almost every sport and was also a part of many clubs, like 4-H. Anything artistic interested me as a child so I would take art classes and practice photography as well. Since the arts interested me so much I decided to come to college and peruse a creative major, I started out taking graphic design, fashion merchandising, and interior design classes. Interior Design interested me the most because of the design aspect as well as the technical part. I never thought that drafting would be one of my favorite classes, yet it is. At college I have really grown as a person and leaned lots. I'm so thankful for all of the experiences I have had, good or bad. I graduate this semester and am still deciding whether or not to apply for school again or find a job. As of now exhibition design really interest me, specifically designing museum exhibits.
